Ashwood Construction is a Kaipara-based building company led by Lee Branford. With more than 20 years in the trade, including a decade in the UK and over ten years building across New Zealand, Lee knows what good construction looks like and how to deliver it.
Since establishing Ashwood in 2017, Lee and his team have built a reputation for quality work and straight-talking communication across Mangawhai, Kaiwaka, Waipu and the wider region. From architectural new homes and major renovations to heritage restoration and commercial builds, they bring the same care and craftsmanship to every project.
Recent work includes the underground bunker bar at Te Arai Links Golf Course, restoration of the historic Waipu Bank building, and bespoke homes across Northland. At Ashwood, everything starts with sturdy foundations, and that goes for relationships as much as the builds.
